Terms of Service

Agreement

By using https://freepslscale.com (the “service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not upload a photo.

We may change the service or these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the new Terms.

The service

Free PSL Scale gives an automated PSL-style facial score from a front-facing photo. A free run returns a basic score. A paid unlock can add a written report and a generated “potential look” image.

Outputs are entertainment and opinion. They are not:

• A medical, psychological, or scientific diagnosis
• Advice about surgery, makeup, or health
• A hiring, dating, lending, insurance, or identity check
• A guarantee of attractiveness, dating success, or any real-world outcome

AI scores and generated images can be wrong, biased, or inconsistent. The same face can receive a different number on a later run.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. You must have the legal right to use the photo you upload. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

Accounts

Paid features and history may require an account. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on the account. Tell us at support@freepslscale.com if you think it was stolen.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account for abuse, fraud, or a Terms breach.

Photos you upload

You may only upload a photo if:

• It is your own face, or you have clear permission from the person shown
• It is not a minor
• It does not infringe copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
• It is not illegal, sexual involving anyone 17 or under, or uploaded to harass someone

By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store the image, send it to our processors, generate a score/report/image, and show the result to you (and to people you share a link with). You keep ownership of your original photo. You do not own our site, models, prompts, or branding.

We may refuse or delete a run that looks abusive or illegal.

Free trial and limits

You can try the service without an account, subject to a limit we enforce with a device fingerprint and rate limits. Circumventing that limit (new browsers, VPNs, scripted uploads, shared fingerprints) is a breach of these Terms.

We do not grant signup credits or a cash balance.

Paid reports

Paying unlocks the paid report for that analysis, as described at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by a third-party processor. Taxes may apply. These purchases are one-time. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

A single-analysis purchase unlocks only that run. A multi-analysis pack unlocks the current run and stores the leftover unlocks on your account so you can unlock later runs. Leftover unlocks:

• Are not cash and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn
• Are not advertised with an expiry date
• Require an account
• Have no cash value if we shut the service down or close the account

Unless the law says otherwise:

• Digital results start as soon as generation begins
• We do not promise a refund because you dislike the score or the generated face, or because leftover unlocks sit unused
• If a paid job fails and never delivers a report or image, email support@freepslscale.com and we will retry or refund that charge at our discretion

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to account closure.

Sharing

If you share a result link, anyone with the link may see the photo and score. That is your choice and your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Score or generate images of people who did not agree, or of anyone under 18
• Use results to bully, dox, discriminate, or make legal/medical claims
• Scrape, resell, or wrap the service as your own API without a written deal
• Attack, probe, or overload the site
• Bypass Turnstile, paywalls, or trial limits
• Upload malware or content we reasonably find illegal

Intellectual property

The site, name, design, and copy are ours. “PSL” as used in communities is a rating idea; our implementation, prompts, and UI are ours. Do not copy the product or imply we endorse you.

Third-party services

The service depends on vendors (hosting, storage, AI, payments, auth, CAPTCHA, optional analytics). Their outages or policy changes can affect results. Their terms apply to their part of the stack.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURATE SCORES, FLATTERING IMAGES, UPTIME, OR THAT FILES CANNOT BE LOST.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE JOB THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims that come from your photos, your share links, your misuse of a score, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or end access immediately for a Terms breach or to protect the service. Sections that should survive (including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability) stay in force.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of freepslscale.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says you may sue locally.
